During law school, Renee gained invaluable experience as a judicial extern at the California Court of Appeal, working with the Honorable Justice John Segal, and at the California Supreme Court Criminal Central Staff.
Renee graduated summa cum laude from UC Irvine with a B.A. in Political Science and in Criminology, Law, and Society. She earned her J.D. from UCLA Law, where she was the Co-Production Chief of the Criminal Justice Law Review and a Research Assistant to Professor Ingrid Eagly.
