Samantha Goldstein

Associate

Sam Goldstein is an Associate of the Firm. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions and business matters.

While attending law school, Sam worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice, with a focus on securities investigations and enforcement, white-collar crime, and bankruptcy matters. Prior to law school, she worked in the corporate department of a national law firm.

Sam earned her B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University. During that time, she worked as a news anchor and reporter for PBS and was awarded an Emmy for best newscast (Mid-Atlantic). Sam earned her J.D. with a Corporate Law Concentration from LMU Loyola Law School, where she was involved in the Business Law Society and the Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic.
