Shalini has represented lenders, investors, and payment providers in various litigation and federal investigation matters. She has seasoned legal expertise in finance and has worked on a plethora of cases involving breach of contract, fraud, conspiracy, wire fraud, money laundering, corruption and bribery matters, and has represented private investment fund managers in regulatory matters, and SEC investigations. She also has experience working in technology, privacy, and biotechnology spaces.
When Shalini is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family, catching a yoga class, and sitting down with a good book.
