Logan Alexander-Young is an Associate at the Firm, specializing in corporate transactions and business law.
During his time in law school, Logan gained experience at a law firm focused on technology startups. He also participated in the Technology Law Clinic, representing students at MIT and Boston University with their technological and business legal matters. Before law school, he served as a legislative assistant at a boutique lobbying firm in Washington, D.C., focusing on technology, trade, and tax policy.
Logan earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, where he interned in the United States Senate. He went on to earn his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Journal of Science & Technology Law and as the outreach officer for Lawyers in Technology.
