Durdana Karim is an Associate of the firm. Durdana’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placement deals, corporate securities, venture capital and private equity financing, commercial agreements, and other general corporate and business matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Durdana worked at a boutique transactional law firm, where she advised private companies and startups in technology, entertainment and media, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, e-sport/video gaming, fin-tech, and professional services industries.
Durdana earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating with college honors in International Development Studies and a minor in South Asian Studies. Durdana received her J.D. from Loyola Law School. She graduated with a concentration in corporate law and participated in Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review, focusing on publications related to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
Outside of the firm, Durdana serves as a board member for Academy of Music for the Blind and as a legal consultant for Mama Made, a non-profit organization. Durdana’s hobbies include hiking, camping and road trips.
