Jake Grogin

Jake Grogin is an Associate at the Firm. His practice focuses on Venture Capital and Emerging Growth across various industries.

Previously, Jake worked for the Firm as a Law Clerk. Prior to joining the Firm, Jake worked at three major law firms where he handled complex matters for a wide breadth of clients including the electric power, commercial real estate, and FinTech industries. In these roles, Jake assisted in contract drafts in accordance with domestic and international laws and regulations, and prepared documentation and depositions for litigation and trials.

Jake earned his B.S. and M.M. from the University of Michigan. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, CA, where he was a Senior Production Editor for the Entertainment Law Review. Jake was heavily involved in the Legal Name & Gender Marker Change Clinic and Transactional Negotiation Team.
