Chamberlain Coffee, a client of Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP since the coffee brand’s inception, recently closed a $7 million Series A funding round. The funds will be used for further expansion and development to allow the Gen-Z targeted company to create new products and channels.
The funding round was led by Blazar Capital, Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek (Founders of Ole & Steen / Lagkagehuset), Brandon Brown (Founder of Grin), Nik Sharma, and Ken Sadowsky. SA&M attorneys advising Chamberlain Coffee on this transaction included Greg Akselrud, Kelly Siobhan Laffey, and Gary Chen.
