The firm successfully represented XCVI in a breach of contract claim against LACAUSA, LLC, arising from its breach of an asset purchase agreement (APA) related to the acquisition of the LACAUSA brand. Additionally, the firm obtained a verdict against Greg Lorber, the owner of LACAUSA, LLC, holding him accountable for personally guaranteeing the APA.
