Stubbs Alderton & Markiles lawyers Scott Alderton and Madeleine Barenholtz represented client Jamie Siminoff, founder of Ring, LLC, in his investment in Moink, as a guest judge on Shark Tank this past March. Moink is a subscription box service that allows consumers to have humanely raised meat delivered to their doorstep. Jamie's investment was funded in an amount substantially greater than the founder's original ask of $250,000 because Jamie wanted the company to scale its growth faster. Since his investment, Moink has seen substantial growth and founders, Lucinda and Adam Cramsey have current annualized sales of over $2.5 million and expect continued sales growth throughout the remainder of this year.
