SA&M Partner Cathleen Green will be speaking on the M&A panel at Deadline’s L.A. Law Summit. Cathleen will be joined by Macro CEO Charles D King, WME Chief Legal Officer Courtney Braun, and Davis Wright Tremaine’s Carrie Casselman as they dive into how media, tech, content libraries and creator businesses are consolidating fast, whether today’s mergers can integrate people and creative control, and whether spinoffs, royalties and, joint ventures can serve as alternatives to blockbuster deals.
