Each year, the Daily Journal uses this list to honor the top-performing attorneys in the state. In the special issue, Michael was recognized for being instrumental in shaping the firm’s litigation arm since its inception in 2014, as well as his representation of ReactX LLC in a trade secret misappropriation lawsuit against Google, which is set for trial this fall and promises to be a landmark case in the tech industry.Michael’s profile also covers his path to becoming a top-tier litigator, from knowing as a young child growing up in the mid-60s that he wanted to be a trial lawyer, to being mentored by the venerable Marshall Grossman at Alschuler Grossman after law school.
