The National Law Review has selected Roger Lee as a 2022 “Go-To Thought Leader” for his coverage of legislative news. Roger’s article, “CHIPS Act Tax Credit Ambiguities,” explains President Biden’s signing of the Creating Helpful Incentive to Produce Semiconductors Act (CHIPS Act), as well as describes the act’s tax credits. The National Law Review’s “Go-To Thought Leader Awards” are a distinguished honor only granted to around 1% of its authors. Roger was one of the 75 legal authors and legal organizations selected in 2022, attesting to the high caliber of thought leadership in his coverage.
