About the Precceleratorâ„¢ Program

The Precceleratorâ„¢ Program was an accelerator for early-stage startups offered to select companies by Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP from its inception in 2012 until June 30, 2025.

On June 30, 2025, Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP closed its Preccelerator™ Program.  Although it ended the Preccelerator™ Program, SA&M continues its strong commitment to supporting early-stage startups and the venture community via comprehensive legal guidance, entrepreneurial resources, mentoring, advisory services and support to startups at every stage of their development.

Stubbs Alderton & Markiles invites all current and early-stage prospective clients to continue engaging with the firm for their legal and strategic needs as they navigate the challenges of building innovative technology businesses.

History of Precceleratorâ„¢

The Preccelerator™ grew out of SA&M's well-established law practice, representing emerging growth, technology, and digital media companies from their very inception. It was designed to provide entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to build successful businesses from their most nascent stage, avoid common pitfalls, and achieve sustainable growth.  The Preccelerator™ Program provided early-stage technology startups with initial seed capital, sophisticated legal services, interim office space, mentorship, a targeted curriculum, investment strategy counseling and access to a strategic perks portfolio. For over a decade the Preccelerator™ helped entrepreneurs grow their technology ideas from business concept to the reality of a funded startup — successfully guiding more than 56 companies through a six-month mentorship initiative and helping them secure over $62 million in the aggregate in follow-on funding.

The initiative became a proven launchpad for high-potential ventures. Seven portfolio companies have been successfully acquired, and over 10 companies have gone on to achieve multi-million dollar valuations.

Through these and many other success stories, the Precceleratorâ„¢ empowered founders to transition from concept to company, and from early traction to real growth.
