Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP Assists Evolution Robotics in Raising $13.8M

Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP assisted client Evolution Robotics in raising $13.88 million in a second round of venture funding led by CMEA Ventures. Other entities participating in the second round were Vodafone Ventures; Pasadena tech incubator Idealab, which provided initial funding for the company in 2002; and hedge fund Quercus Trust of Newport, Calif. Evolution Robotics will use the money to continue developing its technology.
