SA&M Partner Kevin DeBré will be a speaker for the UCLA Ventures and CNSI Magnify SBIR/STTR Kickstarter Web Series, an informational professional development course to educate founders, researchers, and early-stage teams applying for SBIR/STTR grant programs. The five-part webinar series will provide practical insights on how highly competitive and non-dilutive federal funding opportunities operate, what agencies are looking for, and how to create a competitive proposal. Kevin will lead the session “Legal Issues + Company Formation” focusing on key legal concepts in forming, structuring and organizing a business entity for a new technology venture.
