On June 30, 2025, Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP closed its Preccelerator™ Program.  Although it ended the Preccelerator™ Program, SA&M continues its strong commitment to supporting early-stage startups and the venture community via comprehensive legal guidance, entrepreneurial resources, mentoring, advisory services and support to startups at every stage of their development.

SAM venture partners invests in early stage technology ventures, across a wide variety of industries. We typically co-invest with other angel or venture capital investors in companies that are clients of Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP, our affiliated law firm. Our mission is to invest in promising early stage technology companies and utilize our deeply rooted connections in Southern California to help grow them from concept to commercial application.
