Victoria Inoyo is an Associate at the firm, specializing in commercial transactions and intellectual property law.
Before joining SA&M, Victoria served as a Law Fellow at California Lawyers for the Arts, handling various legal matters including copyright and trademark protection, commercial agreements, and intellectual property. She also worked at Universal Music Group, where she supported the Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts. Before that, she gained valuable experience at The Walt Disney Company, managing deal structuring and drafting for strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
Victoria’s additional experience in the media industry came from supporting the Business and Legal Affairs team at Hello Sunshine, where she drafted various contracts and ensured compliance with company standards.
