Saam Bagherzadeh

Saam Bagherzadeh is an Associate of the Firm.

His practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and other general corporate and business matters.

While a student at Loyola Law School, Saam was the youngest licensed National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) Player Agent, assisting NBA athletes in negotiating both NBA contracts as well as endorsement deals. In addition, Saam competed in his school’s Transactional Negotiations Team competition, a simulated negotiation at the Letter of Intent stage of a fictional acquisition, where he was eventually declared the Champion.
