Throughout his career, Pete has held senior roles across operations, technology, human resources, SaaS, guiding teams through growth, transformation, and product development.
Before embarking on executive leadership, Pete cut his teeth as an engineer and consultant within several of the Big 4, building a foundation of technical fluency and customer empathy. Over time, he gravitated toward operational strategy, product management, and scaling teams. His strengths lie in translating vision into execution—defining roadmaps, optimizing processes, and aligning cross-functional resources toward shared goals.
Pete is particularly passionate about leveraging technology to solve real problems. He’s been involved with startup ventures and high growth organizations alike, helping shape product-market fit, drive go-to-market strategies, and enhance operational efficiency.
