Lina is a trusted advisor with a track record in efficiently closing deals on behalf of a range of clients. She has extensive experience in corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating commercial, financing, licensing, and other agreements for independent, emerging growth, and enterprise-scale clients across North America and the EMEA region.
Prior to joining SA&M, Lina honed her expertise at a top five AmLaw 100 firm, where she managed high-stakes, complex transactions for a range of private and public companies across domestic and international jurisdictions. She represented businesses, investors, and creditors in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and as outside general counsel developing client responses in volatile markets and regulatory landscapes. She subsequently founded her own law firm, leveraging her comprehensive experience to serve companies and individuals in the media, entertainment, and technology sectors.
Lina is active in the Los Angeles creative community as a mentor and consultant. She is a former cellist and singer and has performed with musical groups such as the UCLA Near East Ensemble.
Lina is licensed to practice in California and New York.
