Kelly Siobhan Laffey is a Partner of the firm and the Senior Vice President, Director of Business Affairs at the Preccelerator.

Kelly’s practice focuses on advising emerging growth and middle market companies on issues related to corporate governance and formation, venture capital and other financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, employee compensation, complex stockholder and operating agreements, and other general corporate matters. Kelly’s clients are representative of the vibrant startup and middle market ecosystem and include companies in the technology, digital and entertainment, clean energy, healthcare, e-commerce, and manufacturing industries. Kelly also advises investors and funds in connection with venture capital and other financings. Kelly also has a particular expertise in working with talent and brand partners to structure branding and licensing deals.

Kelly serves as an advisor to the Los Angeles regional Board of Directors for Read to a Child and serves on the Board of Directors for Girls in Tech, LA. Kelly is a frequent speaker and panelist for organizations focusing on providing resources to women entrepreneurs, including Women Founders Network, and Women in Los Angeles Venture Association.

Kelly is a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star (2022) and was named to Variety’s Legal Impact Report 2023 as a Top Entertainment Dealmaker.
