Jose Manalo is a Senior Counsel of the Firm. Jose’s practice focuses on advising private equity and venture capital funds and emerging growth and middle market companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, capital market and venture capital transactions and a range of general corporate matters, including matters related to corporate governance and commercial agreements. Jose’s experience encompasses public and private companies across various industries such as energy, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, food and beverage production, technology and biotechnology, and other emerging sectors.
Before joining the Firm, Jose garnered invaluable experience by serving as a Corporate Associate at three separate AmLaw100 firms. Before attending law school, Jose worked as a consultant for a Big 4 accounting firm.
In his spare time, Jose enjoys playing the saxophone, violin, and piano, singing, and playing tennis. Jose is fluent in Tagalog.
