Jonathan is an Associate at the firm.
Jonathan’s practice includes advising all types of clients, ranging from early-stage and venture backed companies, to well established and publicly listed companies on various corporate matters, as well as investors, venture capital and private equity firms investing in such companies. Jonathan assists companies across their entire lifecycle, including entity formation, establishing formal founder agreements, fundraising, and liquidity events. While Jonathan often works directly with founders and executives as outside general counsel on an array of general corporate matters for the Firm’s emerging growth clients, Jonathan’s focus also includes mergers and acquisitions on both buy and sell side transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jonathan interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. where he worked on fraudulent securities offerings, insider trading, and noncompliance cases. He also previously interned with a real estate investment firm in Los Angeles, analyzing potential acquisitions. Selected to participate in the Sonia and Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program, Jonathan also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Rueben Martino in the Bronx, New York.
Jonathan received his B.S. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from the University of Southern California, and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
