Christina Meng


Christina Meng is an Associate of the Firm.

Christina’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and other general corporate and business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Christina worked at a boutique transactional law firm, where she advised companies and startups in various industries on general corporate matters. Christina also previously worked at the big four accounting firm, Ernst & Young, LLP, where she served a variety of public and private clients in the real estate and healthcare industries. During her work there, she had the opportunity to oversee a number of special projects, including IPO filings and company debt issuances.

Christina earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she was selected as a Loyola Business Law Fellow. During law school, Christina also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Andre Birotte at the United States Central District Court in Los Angeles.

Outside the firm, Christina also serves as the coordinator for LLX, an executive education program based at Loyola Law School.
