Susan Wong

Susan Wong is a Senior Counsel of the Firm and was formerly an associate of the global law firm of Reed Smith in Washington, D.C.  Susan received her A.B. from Duke University in 1996 and her J.D., cum laude in 1999 from Duke University School of Law. She is a member of the California and Virginia Bars.

Susan’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, securities law and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, licensing and technology transactions for both public and private clients, focusing on middle-market, emerging growth and development stage companies.  She has counseled clients across a wide range of industries including biotechnology, Internet, entertainment, telecommunications, wireless, manufacturing, marketing/advertising and health care.
