Jonathan Friedman

Jonathan Friedman joined the firm in 2005 and is Senior Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was an associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP in Boston, where he was a member of both the Business Practice Group and the Patent and Intellectual Property Group.

Jonathan advises a wide range of both public and private clients, focusing on middle-market, emerging-growth and development-stage companies. Jonathan’s practice involves venture capital and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate matters. In addition, Jonathan counsels companies in connection with SEC reporting requirements and registrations, federal and state securities laws, corporate governance issues, joint ventures and strategic alliances, licensing issues, employee incentive plans, executive employment agreements and commercial contracts. Jonathan also has expertise advising companies in their formation process as well as on intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets.
